Every order from https://www.hhara.com/ is prepared with care and delivered to your door, in the UAE and around the world.
UAE Delivery
Standard Next Day: To all seven Emirates for orders placed by 10:00pm. Delivered 9am–10pm the following day.
Same Day Delivery: Dubai (order by 3:00pm) and Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman (order by 1:00pm). Delivered 4pm–10pm the same day.
Free zone addresses are not currently served. Remote areas are delivered on Thursdays and Sundays.
GCC Delivery · Duties Included
Delivered by our courier partners. All duties and taxes are paid by https://www.hhara.com/ - nothing is due on delivery.
International Delivery · Duties Unpaid
Delivered by DHL Express. Duties, taxes and clearance fees at destination are the recipient's responsibility.
Available destinations are shown at checkout. We are unable to deliver to certain countries due to carrier restrictions or international sanctions.
PO Box addresses are not supported. Deliveries to remote locations may take longer.
Delivery times are estimates from dispatch and may be longer during peak periods, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.
Duties & Customs
GCC: All customs duties and taxes are covered by https://www.hhara.com/.
International: Any duties, import taxes and clearance fees are set by your local customs authority. DHL will email you a secure link to settle them before delivery; your order is released once payment is made.
If duties are left unpaid or a delivery is refused, the parcel is returned to us. Return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund.
https://www.hhara.com/ is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Failed Deliveries
UAE: Our courier makes up to three delivery attempts. After two unsuccessful attempts, you will receive a WhatsApp message to confirm delivery or provide instructions. If we don't hear from you within 72 hours, or a third attempt is unsuccessful, your order is returned to us.
GCC & International: If a parcel cannot be delivered after the courier's attempts, or is left uncollected, it is returned to us. Return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund.

Tracking
Tracking details are sent by email once your order is dispatched. You can also follow your order at any time on our Track Your Order page.
