UAE Return Policy
We offer Free returns within 14 days of delivery for orders within the UAE.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and unwashed, in its original packaging with all tags attached, and free from perfume, deodorant, or any signs of use. https://www.hhara.com/ reserves the right to decline a return if the item does not meet these conditions upon inspection.
How to Start a Return (UAE)
Email us at hello@hhara.com with your order number to request a return. Once approved, https://www.hhara.com/ will arrange a Quiqup courier to collect the return parcel directly from your address at no cost to you.
GCC & International Returns
Please note: We do not accept returns on GCC or international orders. Please consult our size guide before ordering.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping charges, customs, duties, or taxes are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
- All GCC and International orders
- Items purchased during a sale or marked as final sale
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once processed. If you need to make a change, contact us at hello@hhara.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to assist.
